Leave Manager

📋 Description

• Manage employee leave requests from initial intake through return to work, including reviewing
• Coordinate accommodation requests by reviewing documentation, tracking physical requirements and
• Manage workplace injury claims from initial reporting through resolution, ensuring timely
• Support OSHA compliance related to workplace injuries, bloodborne pathogen exposures, and
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for employees and managers by explaining leave and accommodation

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of Human Resources experience, with experience in leave of absence management and/or
• Understanding of leave of absence processes and the ability to stay current on applicable state and
• Strong organizational and computer skills with the ability to manage multiple cases, documentation
• Bachelor’s degree related to Human Resources (or equivalent combination of education and
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or CHRS (Certified Human Resources Specialist) certification (nice to have).
• Experience in multi-state HR operations or human services environments (nice to have).
