📋 Description

• In-classroom support, crisis management, and de-escalation as needed.
• Observe and collect behavioral data; analyze with the interdisciplinary team.
• Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans (BIPs).
• Assist with classroom management and staff training.
• Lead or assist student activities and group interventions.
• Follow classroom protocols and daily schedules; maintain confidentiality.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or related degree.
• Certified Behavioral Therapist, preferred.
• 5+ years in school/mental health setting with youth 5–18.
• Experience with acute youth mental illness and crisis management.
• Experience with data collection/analysis and BIPs implementation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with students, families, and community health services.
