📋 Description

• Support the rollout of AI solutions across contract management engagements.
• Work with engagement leads, legal experts, and operations to define AI use cases.
• Translate requirements into workflows, instructions, and documentation.
• Provide hands-on support during pilots, testing, deployment, and training.
• Own prompt-development and implementation workstreams with limited supervision.
• Apply judgement on routine matters; escalate high-risk issues.

🎯 Requirements

• A legal education or equivalent experience in commercial contracts or legal operations.
• Strong understanding of contract structures, clauses, risk allocation, and review processes.
• Experience translating requirements into templates or workflows.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; test outputs for consistency.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and client priorities.
