• Practical experience reviewing, interpreting or negotiating commercial contracts
• Ability to identify legal risks, inconsistencies, omissions and deviations from approved positions
• Ability to provide clear, structured and actionable legal feedback
• Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal
