Legal Analyst / Research Associate (m/f/d) – part-time, fixed-term

📋 Description

• Support our Legal Team on domestic and international projects, in particular by reviewing and
• Research legal questions raised by our Product, Project Management and Sales teams and prepare
• Conduct initial legal reviews and risk assessments of vendor agreements and summarise the key
• Help develop and maintain our standard contracts, templates, playbooks and other key legal
• Maintain and structure our contract inventory (contract management database) to ensure
• Collaborate closely with the Legal Team to automate, operationalise and improve internal processes

🎯 Requirements

• A completed first German law degree (Erste Juristische Prüfung, LL.B. or LL.M). You are pursuing or
• First practical experience (internships, Referendariat stations, student assistant or research
• A keen interest in financial services, capital markets or regulatory law – ideally reflected in
• Enthusiasm for an agile and proactive working culture.
• Very good communication skills with fluency in business English and German (the working language of
