🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with post-qualification experience in commercial law.
• 5+ years in Legal/Commercial/Contract management.
• Drafting, negotiating and managing software licensing, development and data contracts.
• 1+ years leading process improvement projects.
• Experience with contractual and operational change processes.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
