Legal Assistant

📋 Description

• Assist with legal research on healthcare, corporate, and regulatory questions, and help prepare
• Support the company's equity program, including administering grant documentation, assisting with
• Prepare and maintain the corporate books and records, including minutes supporting materials for
• Assist with claims and litigation, including discovery requests, document collection, review
• Support the team with contract process, including intake, tracking, redlining, and organization
• Support the team's compliance and privacy program, including training logistics, policy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record (recent graduates welcome)
• Genuine interest in pursuing a legal career with plans to attend law school
• Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail; comfortable
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines at once; able to break
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with sound judgment and discretion
• Learning agility and comfort with ambiguity
