📋 Description

  • Coordinate contract intake, workflow tracking, and document management.
  • Manage high-volume agreements: MSAs, NDAs, vendor/subcontractor, licenses.
  • Maintain and improve the contract tracking system; triage risks with the Legal Director.
  • Support legal operations: templates, playbooks, processes, and automation ideas.
  • Research regulatory developments; provide concise summaries and actionable insights.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external counsel; coordinate reviews and invoices.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years in Legal Assistant/Contracts Admin or Legal Ops (in-house preferred).
  • Strong experience with contract management systems and workflow tracking.
  • Familiarity with legal tech tools and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Ability to review contracts for key risks under attorney supervision.
  • Excellent organizational, PM, multitasking, and communication; high discretion.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or Associates or equivalent experience.
