Handle legal work: draft/review documents and support contract negotiations.
Research and analyze legal/compliance developments; advise on actions.

🎯 Requirements

1-3 years' post-qualification experience from reputable law firms or MNCs.
HK or UK qualification considered.
Experience in general commercial work and commercial transactions.
Experience in regulatory practice relating to international businesses.
Detail-oriented with strong presentation and interpersonal skills; team player.
Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines.
