📋 Description

• Business partnering: Serve as the primary legal counterpart for the EMEA commercial, partnerships
• Contract negotiation and drafting: Negotiate and draft merchant, partner, and vendor agreements
• Regulatory support: Advise the business on payments regulation and data protection across the
• Corporate and entity support: Support the corporate maintenance of Yuno’s entities in the region
• Growth and expansion: Provide legal guidance on new markets, new products, and strategic

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and qualification in at least one jurisdiction within the region.
• 6-8 years of experience across law firm and in-house roles; payments, fintech, or technology
• Strong commercial contracts and negotiation skills; familiarity with European payments regulation
• A business enablement mindset: a practical approach to risk and the ability to deliver clear
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, working across time
• Fluency in English; other regional languages are a plus.
