Legal & Commercial Contracts Executive

📋 Description

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, service agreements, vendor agreements
• Review key commercial and legal provisions, including pricing, payment terms, liability, indemnity
• Coordinate contract negotiations and approvals between Sales, Delivery, Finance, customers
• Manage a centralized contract repository and track renewals, contractual obligations, notices
• Ensure appropriate internal approvals, documentation, and execution of contracts.
• Coordinate day-to-day legal matters across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in commercial contracts, legal operations, contract management, corporate
• Strong practical understanding of commercial contracts and the full contract lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to review agreements, identify contractual risks, support negotiations, and
• Strong contract drafting, documentation, written communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
