Legal & Compliance Intern

📋 Description

• Work alongside the Legal & Compliance team to support contracts, regulatory research, policy
• Support contract drafting and review, conduct regulatory research, help develop and update policies
• Attend workshops on technical skills, resume building, interview prep, and professional development.
• Engage with company leadership during networking events.
• Receive guidance from your manager and a dedicated mentor.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently in Law School (current law student) with interest in financial services, regulatory, data
• Relevant coursework, clinic, or project experience in financial services regulation, data privacy
• At least one previous internship or clerkship, or substantial personal or academic projects.
• Full-time availability for 8-week program running June 21 - August 13, 2027; available to work in
• Proactive and collaborative attitude with an act-like-an-owner mentality.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with clear communication.
