• Develop and implement elements of healthcare and medical device compliance programs aligned with
• Draft, update, assess, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines across
• Conduct compliance risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and develop action plans to mitigate
• Develop and manage employee training covering healthcare regulations, anti-kickback requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of anti-corruption compliance experience with a Master’s degree, including
• Minimum of 5 years of anti-corruption compliance experience with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from
• Strong understanding of anti-corruption regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act
• Experience developing, implementing, maintaining, and revising compliance policies and procedures.
• Preferred minimum of 3 years of healthcare compliance experience within the medical device or
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements and industry standards, including the Anti-Kickback
