Own AI-first product vision, roadmap, and backlog for legal/compliance tech in EAIT.
Define multi-year AI-augmented vision; identify areas to reduce manual effort.
Align roadmap priorities with Legal & Compliance leadership and EAIT AI strategy.
Define metrics for AI adoption, automation, accuracy, cycle time, cost-to-serve.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Admin, Legal Studies, or related field.
8+ years in enterprise apps, legal ops/tech, or product mgmt with legal/compliance focus.
Experience delivering AI-powered products (generative AI/LLMs) in legal/compliance.
Knowledge of leading LLMs (OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini) and GenAI techniques.
Familiar with AI agents/orchestration (LangChain, Semantic Kernel) and MCPs.
Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems.
