📋 Description

• Provide legal counsel to Penumbra operations
• Review contracts and vendor agreements
• Advise on regulatory, privacy, and risk matters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Compliance)
• Support corporate governance and policy development

🎯 Requirements

• JD from ABA-accredited law school
• Active California bar license
• 5+ years in healthcare/medical device law
• Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills
• Regulatory compliance experience (FDA, privacy)
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication
