📋 Description

• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on complex regulatory frameworks affecting
• Lead legal reviews of product designs, marketing initiatives, and customer onboarding processes

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. degree or foreign equivalent and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 5–7+ years of legal experience, including at least 3 years focused on U.S. broker-dealer regulation.
• Strong knowledge of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, related regulations and rules, FINRA
