📋 Description

• Enabling business growth while safeguarding Bynder's interests and compliance.
• Leveraging legal AI technology to drive efficiency and excellence.
• Negotiate SaaS commercial contracts for the Sales Team, balancing commercial needs with legal
• Participate in negotiations for vendor agreements to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance.
• Provide timely, practical legal guidance and collaborative support to the Customer Success Team to
• Streamline and enhance the legal team's processes, compliance framework, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree from a highly regarded university, qualified to practice as in-house counsel in the EMEA
• 2-4 years of combined experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department, experience in the
• Excellent knowledge of civil, commercial, and contract law.
• Native/fluent English (written and verbal) is required.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze and take reasoned positions when reviewing legal risks and sharing legal advice.
