Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Provide legal advice on commercial, corporate, regulatory, employment and privacy
• Draft, negotiate and review financing, partnerships and customer agreements
• Identify legal risks and propose practical business solutions
• Draft internal policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Support updates to customer-facing disclosures and agreements
• Improve contract negotiation processes for efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Law (LLB) or JD with 2–5 years post-call experience
• Law firm plus in-house experience in regulated/startup environments
• Commercial generalist with vendor contracts, NDAs, and consulting agreements
• Strong collaboration, ownership and practical, solution-minded advice
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail
