Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Revising and drafting commercial contracts and customised versions of template documents
• Leading contract negotiations with customers and suppliers
• Owning and improving the compliance agenda
• Maintaining and updating the contract repository in our legal tool
• Preparing legal analysis covering a range of legal matters, including more complex or ambiguous
• Providing legal support to the sales team throughout the whole contracting process

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in law
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as an in-house counsel or at a law firm
• Strong working knowledge of Czech and EU legislation
• General knowledge of IT law and data protection law, especially GDPR
• Excellent English skills, written and verbal, including legal English
• Very good communication, drafting, and negotiating skills, with the ability to work independently
