🎯 Requirements

• Qualified solicitor (UK or equivalent) with 3–5+ years post-qualification experience, including

• Broad commercial law grounding across contracts, IP, data protection, regulatory compliance, and
• Proven ability to manage the full contract lifecycle while working directly with commercial and
