Legal Counsel (2x Openings)

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor, procurement, and customer contracts.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contractual risk, obligations, and negotiation strategy.
• Support procurement and delivery on data center equipment, construction, and services contracts.
• Assist with corporate structuring, formation, and governance negotiations.
• Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and approval workflows.
• Track contractual obligations and ensure compliance with terms.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as a commercial lawyer, in-house or firm, infra/tech/energy.
• J.D. and active bar membership in US or England.
• Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience with vendor, procurement, or construction agreements is a plus.
• Ability to manage high volume of contracts and competing priorities.
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and communication.
• Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders outside of Legal.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
