Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Provide general legal advice on a variety of areas to support the Group’s daily business
• Assist with the resolution of disputes that arise from time to time.
• Supporting team legal operations initiatives, including by identifying and developing solutions for
• Support special projects as directed by the Chief Legal Officer and Senior Legal Counsel.
• Assist with the review of advertising and promotional material including, Megaport’s websites
• Review new legislation and regulatory changes and communicate potential impact to the business.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 - 4 years experience in contract review and negotiation of technology agreements and
• Prior in-house experience/ exposure to the technology industry (especially data centers and/or in a
• English language fluency.
• Active bar license in the jurisdiction you’re located in.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a strong bias for practical and commercial
• Privacy, information security, and regulatory experience/exposure are highly regarded.
