📋 Description

• Senior Legal Counsel supporting multiple business lines (trading equity options, equities, ETFs
• Advising on prime brokerage, treasury relations, and clearing relationships; drafting and
• Regulatory advisory on transaction reporting, clearing, margin requirements, and related
• Collaborate with Risk, Treasury, and business support to interpret regulatory requirements and
• Salary range: $200,000 — $250,000 USD.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of legal experience with significant in-house experience at a large, complex organization.
• Strong background in private practice and in-house, ideally in buy-side financial institutions
• Deep familiarity with ISDA Master Agreements, Securities Lending Documentation, and OTC derivatives
• Proven track record managing large cross-functional projects; ability to translate legal issues for
• Excellent written and verbal communication; D. from an accredited law school; active bar membership.
• Willingness to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows within the Legal team.
