📋 Description

• Provide legal support for corporate and commercial transactions.
• Lead contract drafting and negotiations for a variety of commercial contracts.
• Advise cross-functionally across revenue, marketing, People/HR, finance, engineering, and products.
• Build and scale the legal function.
• Support public company readiness.
• Assist with board and committee meeting planning.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school; bar admission in good standing.
• 3-5 years at a top law firm; some in-house experience preferred.
• Multitask, problem-solve, prioritize, think critically, and exercise judgment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High standards with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Excitement for cross-functional work on new or unfamiliar projects.
