🎯 Requirements

• Qualified solicitor (UK or equivalent) with 3–5+ years post-qualification experience
• Background in tech, gaming, or a fast-paced digital business
• Broad commercial law grounding across contracts, IP, data protection, regulatory compliance, and
• Proven ability to manage the full contract lifecycle
• Comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills paired with clear communication
