📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Identify risks with stakeholders to enable commercial outcomes.
• Manage contract processes and approvals for deals.
• Support day-to-day compliance, including data protection.
• Develop policies, training, and governance materials.
• Improve legal processes and tools to scale the business.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales with practising cert.
• Experience in commercial contracts and practical business support.
• Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills.
• In-house experience preferred but not essential.
• Desirable: SaaS/tech/cybersecurity and GDPR experience.
• Experience improving legal processes and templates.
