Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, supplier, lease, NDAs, and licenses.
• Advise management on legal, contractual, employment, and operational matters.
• Manage contract lifecycle: amendments, renewals, extensions, deadlines.
• Provide real-time legal support in negotiations; liaise with external counsel.
• Develop and maintain templates, processes, and KPIs for legal operations.
• Stay informed of legal/regulatory developments affecting operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant legal experience; in-house or mix.
• Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial/vendor agreements.
• Experience advising on employment and labor law matters.
• Experience supporting multiple functions (ops, procurement, HR, BD).
• Experience managing contract lifecycles: renewals and extensions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with senior mgmt.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master/Doctorate is a plus.
• Fluency in English; other languages an advantage.
