Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate partnerships, vendor, distribution, and telecom contracts
• Provide day-to-day legal advice on contract risk and regulatory exposure
• Support data privacy compliance, including GDPR
• Monitor telecommunications and consumer protection regulations across key markets
• Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and internal legal documentation
• Support corporate governance, including entity management and external counsel coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ PQE
• General commercial practice: drafting/negotiating partnerships, vendor, distribution
• In-house tech/digital product exposure across multiple jurisdictions (nice to have)
• Comfortable advising colleagues in plain language at design stage
• Strong organizational skills with high-volume contracts
• Exposure to telecom or consumer protection regulatory frameworks (nice to have)
