Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Act as a lead legal point of contact for APAC business stakeholders, coordinating with the global
• Advise on employment-related matters, including performance management, employee relations
• Interpret and apply relevant statutory, regulatory, privacy and data protection, and employment-law
• Lead, advise and conduct internal investigations and represent the company in liaising with
• Represent the Company in responding to Client legal and compliance inquiries.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including service agreements, NDAs

🎯 Requirements

• A law degree (J.D., LL.B., or equivalent) and admission to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction
• At least 3 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, financial
• Demonstrated experience advising on legal matters in APAC, with practical knowledge of regional
• Experience in one or more of the following: employment law, commercial contracting, litigation or
• Ability to assess legal risk, prioritize competing matters, and communicate clear
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, organization, and relationship-management
