Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Provide legal advice in town-planning and environmental law, real estate, and energy law across
• Draft, review, negotiate contractual terms and manage agreements for leases, land sales
• Assist and secure various kinds of deals (asset and share deals) including closings
• Provide day-to-day legal support to project teams on operational matters.
• Harmonize and secure contractual commitments with group standards.
• Identify risks and propose appropriate risk allocation aligned with project profile.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in law from a French university; additional degree or LLM is an advantage.
• Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent knowledge of contract, construction, and energy law, as well as town planning and
• At least seven years of proven experience as Legal Counsel or similar role, with experience in real
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and handle complex legal matters independently.
