Legal Counsel - Australia/New Zeland Qualified

📋 Description

• Provide general legal support by adapting company legal strategy to regional business needs in APAC
• Work with internal and external SMEs to provide corporate, commercial, compliance, litigation, and
• Stay up to date on relevant legislative and jurisprudence developments in the region
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to prioritize and manage complex
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms, and conditions in multiple jurisdictions
• Contribute to company knowledge, including preparing and revising templates and legal guides

🎯 Requirements

• Barred/practising lawyer in Australia or New Zealand with 4+ years of PQE in top-tier law firms or
• Demonstrable experience working on pan-Asia projects
• Familiarity with business cultures across the APAC region
• Fluent English, with working proficiency in another language relevant to the market
• Keen eye for strategy and business
• Strong technical skills
