📋 Description

• Part of the OG.com Legal Team handling legal and regulatory matters for SEC registered businesses
• Expertise in securities laws, SEC regulations, FINRA rules, and cross-border regulations (primarily
• Focus on legal and regulatory matters involving financial instruments like securities, tokenized
• Assist business units with contract terms, negotiations, and legal support for operations including
• Draft, review, and update policies, procedures, and terms and conditions for regulated products in
• Represent OG.com on topics with the SEC.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified/licensed lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in financial product legal and
• Excellent knowledge of US financial laws and regulatory structures.
• Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate concisely and effectively with business teams and management.
