📋 Description

• Own end-to-end negotiations of enterprise SaaS, PS contracts, and SOWs.
• Manage high-value deals on customer paper with amendments.
• Partner with Sales leadership as a trusted commercial advisor on deal structure.
• Manage in-life legal relationships with strategic accounts beyond signature.
• Keep BetterUp terms current and competitive with market insight.
• Build and improve contract playbooks, templates, and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school; active bar in good standing.
• 3–5 years post-admission in commercial law; SaaS/B2B focus.
• Manage high-volume enterprise deals and amendments independently.
• Track record building playbooks, templates, or decision frameworks.
• Proficiency with CLM tools (Ironclad, Salesforce-native) and AI aids.
• GDPR/CCPA and AI governance knowledge for enterprise terms.
