Legal Counsel - Commercial

📋 Description

• Serve as primary Legal point of contact for go-to-market and procurement deals
• Independently manage and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, vendors, partners
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable contracting processes and tools
• Draft, maintain, and iterate on agreement templates, playbooks, and fallback positions
• Advise on Vercel regional expansion strategies
• Use AI tools to build and refine workflows and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified and in good standing in California or another US jurisdiction
• 6+ years legal experience, 2+ years in-house commercial at tech company
• Deeply familiar with US privacy regulations
• Strong understanding of AI and cloud-based services and global regulatory landscape
• Demonstrated skill with using AI to build tools, workflows, processes
• Proven ability to negotiate technology agreements with enterprise customers
