📋 Description

• Lead drafting, structuring, and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Advise leadership on legal matters critical to growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to lead initiatives.
• Support IP, Product, and Compliance activities as needed.
• Create forms, playbooks, and training to improve speed and risk.
• Build scalable legal operations processes and tools.
• Proactively manage duties in a small, high-growth team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial agreements (software licenses, partnerships, JDA).
• Experience negotiating and drafting IP and material contracts in stock purchases, mergers, asset purchases.
• Thrives in a fast-paced sales environment with strong organizational skills.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active state bar membership.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
