Legal Counsel (Commercial)

📋 Description

• Commercial counsel for Wayve focusing on global procurement, supply chain, technology, and vendor
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement, supplier, services, software/SaaS, data
• Support strategic transactions with OEM partnerships and Tier 1 suppliers, including development
• Advise on product, marketing, IP, data privacy, and corporate matters in partnership with the Legal
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, finance, privacy, ops and other teams to provide
• Help build templates, playbooks, and governance to support growth and contracting volume.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed attorney admitted to practice in California.
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience (2+ years at a law firm; in-house in high-growth B2B tech/AI
• Strong experience drafting/negotiating complex commercial agreements (procurement, supply chain
• Experience supporting strategic commercial transactions with cross-functional stakeholders in
• Excellent legal analysis, pragmatic communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously, manage multiple workstreams, and scale US commercial capability.
