📋 Description

• Partner closely with GTM to draft, review and negotiate customer agreements, including MSAs, Order
• Review and negotiate a wide variety of procurement agreements, from SaaS vendors and professional
• Negotiate larger and more strategic partnership, reseller and distributor agreements that support
• Give product counseling, including reviewing new products and features and drafting and maintaining
• Advise on privacy and data protection terms in customer and vendor agreements, working with the

🎯 Requirements

• A Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree, and membership in good standing with a Canadian provincial
• 3 to 5 years of practice as a commercial transactional lawyer, gained at an established law firm
• Experience supporting sales teams by drafting and negotiating customer agreements such as MSAs
• Experience reviewing and negotiating procurement agreements across a range of vendor types, such as
• A working knowledge of privacy laws, including GDPR, and how they apply to customer and vendor
• A strong interest in AI from two angles: the legal side (such as AI terms in contracts and emerging
