📋 Description

• Draft and revise Portuguese/English commercial contracts and docs.
• Support negotiation of deals and documents with commercial teams.
• Research legal issues on product development and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on legal matters.
• Develop templates, guides, and tools for Legal operations.
• Assist in ongoing compliance and product advice.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a practising lawyer in a Portuguese-speaking jurisdiction.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional language a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration; high emotional intelligence.
• Experience on international projects or with global teams.
• Team player, adaptable and eager to learn.
