Legal Counsel - Commercial/General

📋 Description

• Draft/ revise Portuguese and English commercial contracts, T&Cs, RFP docs
• Support commercial teams in negotiating deals and documents
• Research legal issues for product development and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on legal matters
• Assist knowledge management: templates, guides, processes
• Participate in ongoing compliance and product advice

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PQE in a Portuguese-speaking jurisdiction
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; other languages a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and emotional intelligence
• Experience on international projects or with global teams
• Team player, adaptable and eager to learn
