📋 Description

• Draft Portuguese and English commercial contracts
• Support commercial teams in deal negotiations
• Research product development and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors
• Develop templates, guides and processes for Legal
• Participate in ongoing compliance and product advice

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years post-qualification in Portuguese-speaking jurisdiction
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; another language is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience on international projects or with global teams
• Team player, adaptable and eager to learn
