Legal Counsel - Corporate & Commercial

📋 Description

• Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret commercial agreements
• Support corporate transactions through all stages (M&A, securities, tech)
• Advise on a broad range of commercial legal issues and strategies
• Partner with business teams on product initiatives
• Assist with corporate matters including board and equity plans
• Cross-functionally identify and manage risks across the business

🎯 Requirements

• JD, state bar admission, 4+ years in-house or firm transactional experience
• Pragmatic negotiator who knows when to hold a position and when to close
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
• Willingness to build scalable processes for a lean team
• Bias toward action and problem-solving
• Own your work and manage projects independently
