Legal Counsel (Corporate / M&A)

📋 Description

• Drafting and reviewing joint venture and co-investment agreements and ancillary transactional
• Providing support to business teams and Management in their negotiations, from the initial analysis
• Coordinating and prioritizing work with external legal advisors
• Preparing / revising internal templates, guides, and similar knowledge management documents, and
• Assisting with general corporate governance for the entire Fever group
• Participating in ongoing compliance functions as required

🎯 Requirements

• Be a barred / practising lawyer (corporate or law firm) with at least 4 years PQE in corporate
• Speak fluent English, with a command of legal English, and preferably with fluency in Spanish
• Have an excellent academic record or experience in top-notch companies or top-tier law-firms
• Have keen attention to detail and strong financial and commercial awareness
• Possess strong technical skills and enjoy stepping into new territory with your work
• Be an effective communicator who brings emotional intelligence to work
