Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Own commercial contracting end-to-end: negotiate customer MSAs, DPAs and SLAs with enterprise
• Build the legal toolkit: templates, a negotiation playbook with fallback positions and clear
• Lead data protection and AI compliance across GDPR, the Swiss FADP and the EU AI Act
• Run corporate housekeeping for BLP Digital AG and its subsidiaries in Germany, the UK and the US
• Advise on employment law across our countries and protect our IP and trademarks
• Select and manage external counsel

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in-house at a B2B SaaS or tech company
• Admitted to the bar in Switzerland or another European jurisdiction
• Personally negotiated enterprise SaaS contracts with large corporate customers
• Hands-on GDPR and data protection experience, follow EU AI Act
• Built something from zero: template library, contract process or legal function
• Pragmatic and commercial approach, fluent English and German
