📋 Description

• Own the system for commercial contracts.
• Negotiate deals directly with counterparties and make decisions.
• Refine templates, playbooks, and AI review; fix recurring questions.
• Manage vendor contracts, data protection, compliance, and marketing claims.
• Exposure to corporate, governance, employment and strategic projects.
• Work in an AI-enabled legal function to help scale the business.

🎯 Requirements

• Solicitor in England & Wales, Scotland or NI with current practising certificate.
• 2–4 years PQE (post-qualification experience).
• Experience in commercial, tech, IP, data protection or AI work.
• In-house or client secondment in tech for 1+ year.
• End-to-end negotiation of tech contracts; no pre-review required.
• Built playbooks, templates, automation and training.
