📋 Description

• Provide timely, practical, and strategic legal advice to management on corporate and commercial
• Identify, assess, and communicate legal and regulatory risks associated with business decisions
• Draft, review, interpret, and negotiate commercial agreements and other legal documents to protect
• Support corporate transactions and strategic initiatives, including due diligence, contract
• Manage civil disputes, litigation, and errors and omissions claims, developing appropriate legal
• Coordinate with external legal advisors, regulators, clients, vendors, and other third parties on

🎯 Requirements

• LL.B. or J.D. degree from an accredited Canadian or U.S. law school.
• Called to the bar in a Canadian province and a member in good standing.
• Between 2 and 5 years of post-call legal experience gained in a reputable law firm, an in-house
• Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, interpreting, and negotiating commercial contracts and
