📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements across content, events, and marketing.
• Support business and production teams by identifying legal risks and mitigation.
• Conduct legal research and deliver actionable guidance to leadership.
• Manage diverse legal projects; oversee contract workflows and compliance.
• Support incident management and dispute resolution with litigation team.
• Prepare and update templates, guides, and training for the Legal Dept.

🎯 Requirements

• US or UK barred lawyer with 4+ PQE in-house in the experience economy.
• Strong business judgment; balance risk with commercial goals.
• Native English; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to own multiple projects and prioritize resources.
• Excellent communication with executives and cross-functional teams.
• In-house or top law firm background preferred.
