Provide proactive legal and regulatory advice to enable Crypto product launches.
Work cross-functionally to assess and mitigate regulatory risks for EU product launches.
Help develop Crypto's regulatory advisory function.
Represent Crypto.com before regulators, partners, users and other audiences.
Draft and review user agreements and external terms with external advisors.
Collaborate with Risk, Compliance and Privacy to assess regulations and set standards.

🎯 Requirements

2-4 years PQE in banking, payments, fintech or financial services internationally.
Ability to guide design, modification, and geographic expansion of products.
Comfortable applying law in unsettled contexts.
Strong interpersonal skills; able to advise and work with senior management.
Able to manage multiple matters with conflicting priorities; use innovative solutions.
Crypto interest; product/fintech or financial services experience advantageous.
