📋 Description

• Provide clear and actionable counsel to the business on the group's financing, lending, and
• Draft, review, and negotiate financing and credit documentation, including facility and loan
• Advise on and document securitization and structured finance transactions, including asset
• Advise on the regulatory perimeter for lending and financing, including SEC lending and financing
• Support product, credit, and risk teams on OLP design, covering customer journeys, disclosures
• Handle regulatory engagements, examinations, and inquiries relating to the lending and financing

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 to 7 years of post-qualification experience, with substantive exposure to banking and
• Working knowledge of the SEC lending and financing company and OLP frameworks, BSP regulations, and
• Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate finance documentation independently.
• Excellent judgment, analytical rigor, clear communication, and business pragmatism.
