Legal Counsel (Global Employment / Labour)

📋 Description

• Provide general legal support by adapting company legal strategy to regional business needs in the
• Advise on worker classification, working time and staffing models for our live experiences
• Provide day-to-day employment and labour law advice to the People team and business stakeholders
• Draft and review employment contracts, contractor and freelance agreements, and internal policies
• Support and advise on employment disputes, disciplinary processes and terminations, and support on
• Support labor matters, including, where relevant, strategic advice and management of union

🎯 Requirements

• Be a barred / practising EU-qualified lawyer with 4+ years of PQE specialising in employment and
• Have demonstrated experience advising on employment matters that span multiple international
• Speak fluent English, with Spanish or an additional European language a strong plus
• Have experience working in top tier law firms, or in-house experience at a large-scale multinational
• Be an effective communicator who brings emotional intelligence to work
• Have a keen eye for strategy, people, and business, with an ability to translate complex legal
