Legal Counsel (GtM)

📋 Description

• Review and negotiate complex B2B contracts, including SaaS, MSA, DPAs, and NDAs.
• Review and negotiate partner and channel agreements (reseller, distribution, referral, integration).
• Support development, maintenance, and review of consumer-facing T&Cs across jurisdictions.
• Provide pragmatic, commercially-focused advice to the Go-to-Market (GtM) team.
• Work cross-functionally with Privacy, Product Legal, and Legal Ops for coordinated support.
• Improve internal processes and contract lifecycle management within the GtM organisation.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with at least two years’ PQE.
• Strong B2B contracting background, including SaaS and partner/channel deals in English.
• Some exposure to consumer law across jurisdictions; eager to develop further.
• Familiarity with data protection law and DPA negotiations.
• Experience across multiple regions (EMEA, AMER or APAC) is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
